Return Policy

All returns and refunds must be made within 10 days and must be authorized by email: question@dimex360.com, by phone at 1 844 666-0155 or by an authorized representative.

Items and their packaging must be in perfect condition for resale.

Shipping, handling and special order charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any product returned without a return authorization will be automatically returned to the sender at their expense.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied for reasons other than defects.
